Billing Information
Payment for a utility service is due the 10th of each month. A 10% late penalty is charged for payments received after noon on the 11th of the month. (When the 10th of the month falls on a Friday, late fees will be applied at noon on Monday. When the 10th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, payments are due the following business day. Late fees will be applied at noon on the second business day following the 10th.)

Vandalia has an approved interconnection & net metering program available for your use, including a simple Interconnection & Net Metering Application/Agreement. For more information or a sample agreement please contact City Hall at 573-594-6186.
