 Coming into Vandalia from west on Highway 54 turn right on Main Street (if you are coming from the east on Highway 54, turn left on Main Street). Continue to follow Main Street across the railroad tracks.  Two blocks past the railroad tracks make a left onto Park Street.  The office is located in City Hall across the street from the Police Station.
